In my case, the interview was only 10 minutes and I was interviewed by the base captain of BCN. He just asked me what I'd do in case the captain wants to continue an unstabilised approach, and talk about an occurrence I had to use CRM. The two HR people just asked me to define myself in one word. For the other guys, it was a bit longer, but no more than 20-25 minutes.
They were very open to questions about the contract and job.
