The proportion of travellers who book 10+ months in advance is surely quite low and their contribution to total revenue lower still. I'm sure they have far, far more data than publicly available and if they were worried about losing the bookings they would have shoved out a schedule.
They can also be reaccommodated quietly and without penalty this far out. If you make a schedule that doesn't work and needs to be adjusted frequently at the last minute due to ambitious turn around times or utilisation then you may end up paying expensive compensation due under EC/261.
