I'm on your side and as long as I'm aware, there's no kind of auto retraction of the spoilers in this situation. At least I couldn't find any references so far.*
But..*
On the other hand, I still find very interesting the fact that we* dont't find photos/videos o the A320 with all spoilers extended in Emer. Evacs.*
In the photo posted above, there's only one outboard spoiler partially extended, I think. Why all spoilers aren't extended in that case?*
