A320 Emer. Evac

Hi everyone !

Here goes a question for the Airbus techmasters...

I'm a former 737 pilot and back there we were supposed to retract the spoilers as part of the Emergency Evacuation NNC. Now I'm flying the bus and recently a colleague came up with a question:

Does any one know if there is any kind of spoiler retraction logic during an EMER. EVAC on the bus (RTO > 72kts or after landing)?

Is there a logic behind it, or the spoilers simply retract because we shut off the hydraulics via the Fire pbs? Or is it something related to the loss of eletric power to the SECs? (As far as I've looked only SEC1 would be powered in a cenario where batteries are the only source of power / SEC2 lost 30s after eng shutdown).

If anyone has more info about this, I would appreciate.

All the best.
