However, it's hard to imagine that any information related to development, testing and certification of the MAX can be kept away from the world at large. Between lawsuits like SWAPA's,investigations by multiple government agencies in various national and pan-national jurisdictions, congressional investigations and at least one criminal investigation, it's a pretty safe bet that everything is going to see the light of day. And don't forget that there are wrongful death suits simmering all around the world, although at least some of them will probably be possible to settle.
