76 hours isn't even enough for a CPL so I find it hard to believe there's not more to it. Do you have PIC/us? That counts. Worst case scenario you have to rent the cheapest plane you can find to build the missing 24 hours - then convert to an EASA CPL/IR. Once you have a job in the RHS you can build the other 150 hours as PICUS.

Bottom line is you can only get an FO job anyway - so you don't need an ATPL.

actually all of us in my country got ATPL with the same hours, i looked after it and answer i got is that our CAA in Egypt calculated our co-pilot hours as PIC under super vision .
also i dont have any time PIC/us , so my question is , if i want to convert to EASA CPL/IR, what are the requirements ? what will i have to do for the conversion ? if you have any idea about that.
