The obvious question is how did you get an ATPL with only 76 hours PIC? I know you can get an MPL with 70 hours - buy that needs 500 hours PICUS to upgrade.
76 hours isn't even enough for a CPL so I find it hard to believe there's not more to it. Do you have PIC/us? That counts. Worst case scenario you have to rent the cheapest plane you can find to build the missing 24 hours - then convert to an EASA CPL/IR. Once you have a job in the RHS you can build the other 150 hours as PICUS.
Bottom line is you can only get an FO job anyway - so you don't need an ATPL.
