Have a look at the
NPPL website, particularly the
licence allowances document. Para 4.1.2 should apply as your LAPL with TMG privileges is effectively an NPPL SLMG. While you're at it, get an SLMG rating on the NPPL as well.
There's no problem with holding an NPPL & an LAPL at the same time.
