Totally agree with the above chaps.
So, positive sides ( few) are : very nice and warm environment, especially if you respect each other; CC are friendly and Pilots are nice chaps; financial stability.
Downsides: very few hours during the year, expect max 500; the salary is simply disgraceful, expect 1k if less than 40bh, not more than 2.6k if 80 ( this fortune only 3 times per year); contracts are with unpaid leave (usually 8 months on/4 off, when u will earn 0 ) for at least 2 seasons.
And, to finish, a lot of “mafia”: if you know someone, you will be safe.
No bonding, just pay for the tr.
Interview quite hard and selective, prepare atpl and for a sim ride.
