As anyone who lives in northern latitudes can attest, it is significantly colder on clear days/nights, than cloudy.
Unfortunately, I spent quite a bit of time in Norfolk, VA, which has a lot of air traffic over it. It was easy to see how all of the "chemtrails"
come together on many, many days and by early afternoon, it was all hazed over...I was not enthused about this observation.
Stuff like this is common
