EI already have 7 people who were in a holding pool from last year assigned to these, which leaves 5 places left for a Nov 22nd start. People have been called for psy over the past two weeks - presumably to quickly fill the remaining spaces pre xmas. Once complete I imagine they can look to place people on 2020 courses. Can you please tell us how you know this definitively? This directly contradicts information people were told at the assessment days by some HR staff.
I'd like to think Aer Lingus wouldn't go through the massive effort of a new assesment process with 10 full days of assesment centres, to offer 5 places only. They probably could have found another 5 good candidates from their existing holding pool.
