EI already have 7 people who were in a holding pool from last year assigned to these, which leaves 5 places left for a Nov 22nd start. People have been called for psy over the past two weeks - presumably to quickly fill the remaining spaces pre xmas. Once complete I imagine they can look to place people on 2020 courses.
