Don’t forget there are suppliers involved as well in the process (Honeywell
AFAIK). They will do a pretty massive amount of xxx covering when manipulating deep inside the task system of that FCC to implement those new requirements. They will not let themselves being hurried too much by BA. Suppliers can be very pig headed in this regard - for very good reasons. They know that their existence is at stake.
