They know that this is offered at other operators in Japan and they need more than just attract pilots, they need to keep them. If they start messing around with the contract like that people will just take their type and their 500 hours and tell them to pound sand. I don’t think they will do that, now about the training and checking culture, that’s a whole different topic.
