You will need to be a Canadian citizen or Canadian Permanent Residence holder or get a special work visa. Such work visa's are generally issued if and only if there is a massive shortage in that job field. I will say that Canada is a lot more streamlined with issuing non-immigrant visas versus the USA. You could be a Canadian citizen if one of your parents was born there (or even a Canadian citizen birth abroad) and lived there for at least a year. Otherwise, there are plenty of junior pilots in flight schools across Canada to sop up the jobs thus I would highly doubt you could get a special visa to legally work in Canada as a Pilot.
