Firstly, you don't need an MEP rating, so there are only 4 requirements.

1. CPL - valid for life
3. MEIR - needs to be revalidated once per year with a flight test (SIM or aircraft on alternate years) You could also let it lapse for up to 7 years.
4. MCC - No expiry
5. ATPLs - valid for a rolling 7 years from the date of the last IR

So the minimum requirement to keep it all current would be an IR revalidation flight every year. It's all on and CAA website and in cap804
