There are now reports that Air India are starting flights between Goa and London before peak tourism season in India (from November into spring) in response to Thomas Cook ceasing operations. Not sure which London airport they plan to operate this route from if it does happen. With the STN-ATQ flights reservation is open until end of W19/20, other AI routes from London are open for bookings through to September 2020.
Interesting, I can’t imagine they will operate from both STN and LGW. So GOI could be on the cards also?
Although I wouldn’t be surprised if ATQ suddenly moves to LGW before launch. With TCX gone, LGW might want to steal this one. ATQ still not officially on sale on their website. I’m not surprised there’s no schedule past W19/20 as this is all happening so fast, one will come once it’s launched I imagine.
