Based on my roster for this month, expect around €130k gross year 1, probably a bit more in summer, bit less in winter, but due to the flight pay system if you end up on 6/2/6/7 you could be in for a nasty shock on the months you get 2 weeks off, which will be around 1 in 3. I believe there are 10 pay points on the WZZ Captain scales, which will take 11-12 years to reach in most circumstances.

After 11-12 years you're reaching the same as some of the BA pay scales after 30 years by my reckoning, so this is where the benefit in moving to WZZ (alongside very good training) comes in.
