Likely I already have and likely I will again.

Insurance companies assess the risk even bigger than anything I would have said and bearing in mind the Germanwings Fl9525 and MH370 the risk is one they would rather avoid. Don't confuse it as being a personal slight on them as in all likelihood I will be flown by pilots in the future who are ex TC, the pragmatic approach is to avoid the personal stuff in a bad situation.
