) from what I'm hearing the controversy over the $10,000 tickets seems to have been generated by certain people not getting the memo, rather than corporate policy dictated at Head Office... Of course once the now infamous tweet was out there the story grew via MSM and in a
PR battle between Virgin and BA there's only going to be one winner.
