Whilst I personally don’t see the path being sunny for TCX, why would a Repatriation A/C fly to MAN? There’s no Malaysian crew that fly in/out of the north of the U.K., MAN struggles to park aircraft at the best of times, even worse if TCX were grounded here and there are no pax to repatriate from the U.K.
No pax to repatriate? What about those who are in resort, those who flew in the last week and have a 2 week holiday?
