Surprised you needed to send it back for this. I managed to wreck one of the plugs by closing it in the canopy on one my several failed attempts to fly an Extra 300. They just sent me a new cable, which is fitted by opening up the battery box. Since it was still under warranty, they didn't even charge me.
wish they’ done the same but I got a work note and postage instructions (postage covered by Bose). Took 6 weeks to get a response over the summer despite prompts. I would be happy with a cable I could replace in a few minutes rather than having to fly 30 hours or so with my old DCs in the 2 weeks the A20 will be away.
