Having a chat with few lads there I was told that many SFO and CPT are leaving LOT for WizzAir or Ryanair that offered them better conditions,
this is why LOT opened to foreigners and not only Polish speakers last year, but also started to recruit low hours and just started their cadet program.
Regarding the interview both the technical part and the personal one were very basic and nothing in particular was covered.
Sim was on a 737 and I just performed few approaches. No emergencies or non standard situations.
