Yet, here is a company actually addressing your concerns, but you still don't seem to think that £40,000 is enough for a junior co-pilot fresh out of training. I would say that there are plenty of onshore charter work or Flying Instructors who would love this start into the industry. Maybe 30% of Bristow pilots have come through similar sponsored HP courses and they all seem happy enough with the deal??
