The Piper Service manual is primarily based on FAA rules where the 100 hour check often doubles as an annual. Your aircraft is still under the LAMP regulations for ELA 2 aircraft so whatever you've been doing up to now still applies. If however it's under 1200kg and has been allowed into the ELA 1 category it befalls you as the owner to make up your own Self Declared Maintenance Program (SDMP) which should have been completed by now.
Whoever does your maintenance should be able to advise accordingly.
