I'm a Turkish citizen, born and raised in Antalya, so what I would tell you with regards to my lifestyle and how working for sxs has changed it, is going to be deeply biased as opposed to that which an expat would have it. But if you must know, in a really rough summary, summers are hell, winters are cool, both in terms of weather and life. You'll only fly, sleep, and eat. Nothing in between from late April through early November. You'll be logging 550 hours in 6 months.
In winters, you'll be getting nested and rested for another summer. That simple.
Antalya is nice. It's my hometown but it's still a good place to spend time away from work. One of the oldest cities in Europe and nice beaches; warm and chilly winter at the same time.
