Good grief this is the same organisation that earlier this year did a survey on punctuality of Airlines and Airports and didn’t include cancelled flights.
Blue air didn’t cancel flights but operated them with long hour delays but at least got people home which is more than could be said for some and those airports suffered as a result.
Just trying to boost subscriptions me thinks.
