From the video I can pick this up in regards to references to the business model;
- Premium economy experience for all pax
- Free water in board - already sourced
- A lounge for all the passengers to use
- Michelin star chefs to redefine food offer
- A mix of boeing and airbus
- Zero debt and an investment of $85M
- A fleet of 10-12 aircraft
- Launching in October,not clear if that means flying or opening for bookings
- Suggestion is that it's for the Icelandic audience. Despite the population being tiny
- Competitive fares for everybody
- Big focus on cargo especially fish
sounds delusional. It seems huge attention to micro detail but limited info on the big ticket items such as airline operational model. A mixed fleet, and high cost practices eg lounge for all and free trimmings on board. Despite all of that she is a great speaker and very confident...interesting talk..
