Everything that is applicable in EU law at the point of the UK's exit from the EU will be carried over into UK law. Apparently, once we're a few years down the line after we leave, the CAA and government will seek to review what is in place and determine whether they wish to begin to apply the normal "We're British and we know best" tinkering that we have done in the past with ICAO requirements....
