Apparent H-blocks might indicate British but little else does. I wonder about American field in UK with a Cold War runway added. But since I normally eschew a search for clues, I will return to my bara brith, coffee, and TV sport.
Added, there was a pretty standard USAAF field shape for newly built fields in UK, and this looks like a 2 plus 1 runway config., certainly not standard.
