i think you Guys misunderstood me , i'm proud of my country but i mean that the majority of airlines jobs for people with 1500 jet hours are in europe , canada, USA , australia and to work as pilot in these countries you need a citizenship or permanent residence and here when the problem of nationality starts .
No the majority of jobs for people with 1500 jet hours are in Middle East, India and Asia.
That's why the airlines in these regions are filled with pilots from Europe, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, South America and just about every other country in the world, some of which you probably haven't even heard of.
It seems you don't really have an understanding of nature of the aviation indusrty right now.
