Incidentally, the term 'breaking' in his/her post refers to a +Gz 'break' at the stall, not structural failure, and a 'wind up' is a manoeuvre incolving increasing +Gz and angle of bank in level flight untilthe point of stalling is reached - rather him/her than me in a large aeroplane!
I suspect he/she is far from being an 'amateur' as you have suggested, 411A.
