In the case of a takeover, CX would likely lose a huge portion of the current talent set and human capital. China needs this talent desperately, so they are between a rock and a hard place. That is true for all of HKG’s talent. It is far more complex, than meets the eye.
Chill and wait is probably the best policy - for now.
