I can confirm that at least 16 pilots given notice to quit in mid Jan 2004, as has been said not unexpected but still quite a shock as everyone hoped the P.O would change their minds and kepp as is.
The european ops remain as is for now and may expand as I understand , so the company is far from down and out, just the guys and gals that make the shed fly.
