So I wonder if any of you could advise me about how serious it would be in terms of airline jobs to have second series passes on ATPL theory? Long story short I started the CAA ATPL theory way back in 2012 on the old paper exams. I took a few exams but never finished my course and left due to distractions in my personal life. After working various jobs and doing other things I am now back perusing the airline pilot dream. I have signed up to a full time ground school with FTA, but have just had the terrifying realisation that because I technically started my exams all those years ago no matter how well I do now this will count as second series passes?!
Do you think this will be the case, and if so how serious is this?
How bad does it look to have 2nd series passes on your atpl theory for the airlines? I’m assuming they can tell somehow does it show on your certification?
so yes just having a mild panic now this has dawned on me!
