Yes, but before anyone reads that article I suggest they open the magazine to page 77 and read CASA's Safety Matters page by Shane Carmody: ".... To continue to develop and maintain safety partnerships,
CASA must focus strongly on managing its aviation community relationships more effectively, investing resources to maintain open and responsive communication, adopting appropriate technologies and meeting client service expectations." I'm sure Steve put that bit in bold italics for a reason.
