I'm pretty sure, even if I haven't gone there, that the environment is very nice, good people, and it's needless to say that I would love that job.
The reason why I asked if there are good possibilities to get it, is because if there are, you can prepare it more willingly, rather than an "impossible" job.
For example, it's quite frustrating to do my best for preparing an assessment, when only 10% get it.
I understand.. If you train for it, youŽll have a much higher chance of getting through than 10%..
Also mind that the company actually provides free tickets with SXS to and from the assessments. They provide free transportation from the hotel to the assessment. And the sim is done in a full motion 737 simulator! Bottom line is that they actually invest a lot in the candidates, so I really do believe that they wanŽt them all to pass and get all the way through..
