This is just arrogance and insulting to the "rest of the world". Maybe Boeing should be restricted to only selling their products in the USA.
If Boeing and the FAA don't do a very good job of convincing the world's CAAs that they have learned their lessons and that they have straightened up and are flying right, Boeing is very likely to, effectively, be limited to selling MAXs in the US.
If they are permitted to fly here, that is.
