I recently used quite a lot of Rod Machado's online material to get my FAA CPL - it was superb, and whilst not the cheapest, worth every penny in my opinion.

So I'd recommend RM's PPL package, on principle - https://rodmachado.com/products/rod-...-ground-school . Where I did my FAA certificates in the USA, several people - most not native English speakers - were using Machado material also, and were also very impressed with it.

That said, I'd also ensure you've downloaded and at the very least skimmed through the free FAA documents recommended by 340drvr.
