I applied directly through SunExpress, but back in March. Donīt know if its different now.
Got an invitation afterwards for an online English test.
A few days after I was invited to the Mollymawk in Antalya - then Sim a few weeks after and finally the board interview also in Antalya.
The entire process took about 2 months from i received the first email from them.
