Prof Giaever, like some others on this thread denies that temperatures are rising at all. There are quotes from him saying "It is amazing how static temperatures have been over the past 150 years." So it's just not happening. Others say that it is happening but its not caused by anything that man is doing. The United States Navy has its own view, and I commend their document
