The B747-400 can, at MTOW and up to about 30C, suffer an engine failure after V1 and then a further engine failure, on the same side, shortly after Vr and successfully climb away if the first thing you do is select flaps to 10 regardless of the speed. You will be below F10 manoeuver speed but you have to get rid of some drag and accelerate. If you persist with trying to fly with F20 still selected you probably make a very large black hole somewhere.
