Just saying it how I see it. As no one seems bothered about the customer experience at Southend I guess I will remain their champion. Maybe everything is just rosy and there is no room for improvement. Wonder why the FBO is open 24 hours a day though. Do they make money through the night? With regard to City becoming a bucket and spade airport maybe so but never for the budget traveller which is fortunate for Southend.
Is it a bird, is it a plane, no it's LTNman coming to save the SEN experience!! I'm sure that thousands of SEN pax and Stobart management will sleep easy in their beds tonight knowing that LTNman will be overseeing the operation. Because according to LTNman "no one seems to be bothered."
