Do you mean free or could you also not purchase water or other soft drinks? Important to know. Personally, nothing surprises me with RYR, which is why I never use them. I have had delays with an LCC I use and we have always received free refreshments if over a certain time period. Even when the delay (tech) kept us at the gate area, once on board all soft drinks were offered free of charge.
