The Imperial German and Austro-Hungarian Empires didn't have panzers nor did they march against England,
I believe WWI applies, both panzers and the Imperial German (Zeppelins, Gotha etc) and Austro-Hungarian Empire parts - in fact the latter sort of started the whole thing off....
