Did my 604 with Flightsafety in Wilmington. IIRC they gave us access to their CBT stuff prior to starting the course - and then hardcopy on arrival. Again, IIRC I had the option of Tucson and Dallas with Flightsafety.
Easiest way would be to give them a call to discuss your needs specifically. Seemed pretty clued in to what was needed - tho they’ve been doing it a few years so you’d expect that.
CAE in Dubai or Amsterdam also have 604s, I think, but were more expensive.
