Wizz UK will soon have 11 based aircraft at Luton and operate to 16 airport's not in Eastern Europe (some seasonal). These routes do not include Moscow and Saint Petersburg due to commence in October. I would suggest that is a bit bigger than a foot in the door eiffel.
