I think you'll find the two fellas who volunteered back onto the DHC8 are there to help the company out of a bind caused by a dramatic lack of experienced pilots who can train. Rumours flying of Pixie wanting to attract back some ex PX F28 drivers on short term contracts due cronic shortage on that fleet too.
