I can't help you with nailing it but you're certainly going in at an unbelievably good time for a young pilot in Saudi Arabia. As FlyNas have orders for 130 new aircraft, FlyAdeal 50 Aircraft, Saudia 110 Aircraft, Saudi Gulf 10 Aircraft. That represents a 150% increase of the industry in Saudi Arabia over a very short period. Restrictions on employment of foreign Pilots as well. There will shortly be a crisis Pilot shortage in the kingdom.
I can only recommend that you demonstrate some knowledge of the industry and some passion for Aviation. It's not just a job.
