Yep... They do indeed have 2... but given that I'd never been in a 787 before I didn't feel that I should try to figure out where exactly it was and how to use it whilst attempting to hand fly an unfamiliar aircraft into a holding pattern. Perhaps I should have asked prior to commencing the detail, but it didn't really occur to me as I had been advised that the "competent PM" was available to help out as required.
In any case, he hadn't forgotten to time it.. he started the timer when instructed, he just "forgot" to tell me when we got to the 1 minute :P
